Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping

I currently ship within the United Kingdom at Royal Mail Second Class standard shipping rates.

Shipping up to 2kg: £5.50 – most items ship at this rate.

Small individual pieces ship at a lower rate of £3.95

Free in person collection – I am based in North London.

I can usually also hand deliver in London N10, N11, N22 and N8 postcodes. For in person collection or delivery, please contact me at katesrceramics@gmail.com to discuss arrangements.

Returns:

If your pot arrives damaged or broken, please let me know, including photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, and I will refund your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, then again, please do contact me at katesrceramics@gmail.com. I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of shipping for a full refund (this excludes the postage costs of returning an item).

Please be aware that, although I endeavour to give as clear a picture as I can through the photographs and descriptions on the website, every item is individually handmade and there will inevitably be some variation in colour, size and finish. (I am always happy to provide additional information and pictures on request.)
