Small speckled stoneware lidded pot. This small jar and lid have been made from speckled stoneware clay. The interior of the pot has been glazed with a glossy transparent glaze. The exterior has been left unglazed to showcase the dramatic speckles in the clay. The lid has been carved with a subtle concentric circle design.
Perfect for use as a small storage jar for sugar, spices or other condiments; or as a small trinket pot for rings; earrings; cufflinks etc.
